Beautiful area with deep Milanese flavour, some green spaces and many services. There are lots of great restaurants & shops in the neighbourhood, all with the charm of "old Milan".

For example, Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola chose this area for her headquarters, which compliments places like Cacao-lab; a boutique chocolate laboratory opened in 2006 that has brought a breath of fresh air to the art of chocolate making. The owners, the Parisian Baptiste and the Italian Cristiano, offer incredible creations: handbags, clutches, women's shoes, small dresses, all strictly "au chocolat".

Right next to Corso Buenos Aires that with more than 350 shops & boutiques, is one of Europe's longest commercial walks. The district maintains its essential characteristics: the legendary Polpetta doc, Café that at aperitif time is literally overrun thanks to the famous meatballs (the traditional Milanese "mondeghini"), also thanks to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere of the well-stocked cellar. On a completely different note, modern and frequented by models and footballers, you can find the Baobar with its dark interiors illuminated by large crystal chandeliers.  Since 1977, Poporoya, the first sushi bar in Milan with a score of seats and a small corner of groceries, where you can taste the best recipes of the Japanese tradition prepared by the expert hands of the master chef Hirazawa Minoru called Shiro.

The novelty is the opening of an ethnic restaurant and, above all, "la bocciofila de la via Morgagni" a real and beautiful bowls club. The Vineria di Via Stradella, mediterranean flavours and bulk wines between suspended light bulbs and essential furniture; the Basso Bar for lovers of happy hour; the Hammam della Rosa, the first traditional and authentic Turkish bath in the heart of Milan and for lovers of culture: the Boschi Di Stefano House Museum, (project by the architect Portaluppi), a unique collection, from futurism to the 50s, with beautiful vintage buildings scattered in the urban environment and the House Museum of the art critic who invented kitsch*, the great Gillo Dorfles and the Foundation dedicated to him.

Beautiful area with deep Milanese flavour, some green spaces and many services. The neighbourhood has many good restaurants and shops with the charm of "old Milan". For example, here they are the headquarters of the Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola, which makes even more valuable addresses such as Cacao-lab, a boutique chocolate laboratory opened in 2006 that has brought a breath of fresh air to the codes of chocolate art.
