Apartment situated a few steps from the sea and pebble beaches, rocks or sand (private bathing). It comprises entrance hall, living area and bedroom area. In the living area there is a dining room with dining table and a sofa with chaise longue, kitchen equipped with dishes, cutlery, tablecloths and tea towels as well as fridge, small oven to heat the brioche and espresso. From the kitchen we can access on the terrace, there is a table and benches where you can read a newspaper, a book or dining al fresco, if we go down three steps, we are in the spacious outside area reserved for our guests equipped with table, chairs and a bench where you can do conversation under the Dim light of the street lamps. In the bedroom there are two rooms consist of closet where you can hang clothes, double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and then SOAP. On request we can give the bicycles.
The apartment is all guests including the courtyard. During the winter the parking is free, but from 1 June to 15 September the Council of Pisa has ordered payment for parking between 8.00 a.m. to 20.00 daily €4.00 everyday and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 20.00 till 2.00.
The owner will be available, if travelers like it, give them advice to make your stay more enjoyable holiday.
From Marina di Pisa you can go by bus to the famous piazza dei Miracoli (leaning tower), visit the Arno River with the Blue Palace where exhibitions, museums; by train you can go and visit the nearby art cities like Florence, Lucca, Siena, Livorno where its port you can reach the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. In Marina there is the Marina and just a few km there are: a horse-riding, golf, tennis and a small water park. You can reach the Arno River waterway, via a boat, in Pisa. Some evenings are characterized by Marenia, which is a set of events of various kinds.
Close to supermarkets and shops, served by buses that run every 15 minutes in the summer and every 30 minutes in winter and taxis coming from Pisa. Waterfront, there is a bike path, where you can go for walks and get up to Tirrenia and Calambrone. We can go hiking in the nearby regenerating maritime pine forest along the small paths or horseback riding. On summer evenings the seafront is closed to traffic, from 19.00 till 1.00 to stroll in the Moonlight reflecting off the sea. On Sunday morning the promenade was closed to car traffic to allow summer market operators show the products of their stalls.
